Yes. The Nigeria Founding Season has no entry fee. All 16 places are free.
Yes. Every fixture is played online, so you can compete from anywhere in Nigeria. City and state are identity metadata on your profile, not an eligibility rule.
Ranked Points use an Elo-style calculation. Beating a higher-rated player is worth more; losing to one costs less. Every fixture shows the win, draw and loss values before kickoff, and those values lock when the fixture becomes active.
One player submits the score with evidence — a final-score screenshot or clip. The opponent is notified and can confirm or dispute. During the pilot an organizer reviews the evidence and approves, corrects or voids the result. Ranked Points move only on approval.
Silence does not approve a result, and it does not permanently block one either. The submission still enters organizer review, and the organizer decides on the evidence.
No. A result can only be submitted against an accepted fixture you are part of, and only with evidence. Unsolicited claims cannot affect your Ranked Points, and a substantiated false claim can remove a player from the season.
No. Those are Open Encounters — you can post them as Moments and tag your opponent, but they never change Ranked Points, your sanctioned record or your streak.
Your competitive profile and Nigeria ranking remain active. You’ll be able to find players, issue or accept Ranked challenges and keep moving on the national board through verified results. The Founding Season starts the ranking — it is not the whole product.
